Our vision is to work collaboratively with all educational settings, professionals, parents, and governors to inspire, develop, and sustain inclusive communities of learning. Through our three strands — Outreach, Coaching and Professional Development — we build capacity, strengthen confidence, and raise aspirations to improve outcomes and life chances for every child and young person.

We are based at St Lawrence school in Horncastle, but we work collaboratively with school leaders and key strategic partners, using a place-based approach, to build a network which supports excellence in education and enhances a professional learning community of practice.
