Inspire Connected Communities Trust is leading the delivery of the SEND Workforce Development (WFD) Service, supporting Lincolnshire’s Building Communities of Specialist Provision strategy by strengthening the skills and confidence of everyone working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We provide accessible, affordable CPD for staff in both mainstream and special schools, helping them deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching. Inspire also offers resources for parents and carers to support learning at home.
As part of the strategy’s second phase, Inspire is supporting the development of SEND and Alternative Provision (AP) Hubs in selected mainstream schools. We deliver bespoke start-up training packages to ensure leadership teams and Hub staff have the specialist expertise needed to provide the right curriculum, environment, and evidence-based interventions – helping more children remain in mainstream education wherever possible.
